Returns

What is your standard return policy?

We will be glad to exchange you product for another product in-store or online, or we can refund your credit card account for any items that you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Pure Detroit within 30 days of the shipping date in unused and perfect condition (including all tags and original packaging). Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.  Shipping and handling charges on returned items are non-refundable. We do not provide shipping labels for returned items, but we will ship an exchanged item back for free of charge. Once returned items are received we will credit you back with your original payment method.

What if a product is broken or damaged?

If we sent you out a broken / damaged item contact us via email at customerservice@puredetroit.com or at 313-873-7873. We will work quickly on getting you a replacement as this could have been our mistake.
